Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. Instant Digital Delivery

All of our products are digital files (typically in PDF or Word document format). Therefore, there are no shipping fees, no tracking numbers, and no physical mail delivery.

Upon successful completion of your secure payment, your digital test bank or study guide will be delivered to you instantly in two ways:

  • Checkout Screen: A direct download button will appear immediately on your order confirmation screen.
  • Email Delivery: An automated email containing a secure download link will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

2. Delivery Times

Our digital delivery system operates 24/7. Whether you purchase a study guide at noon or 3:00 AM, you will receive access to your files within minutes of your payment clearing.

3. Troubleshooting Missing Emails

If you have completed your purchase but have not received your download email within 10 minutes, please check the following:
